Where should the machine go?
Clubhouses, mail rooms, fitness centers and pool areas work best. Most machines need about a 4-by-4-foot spot near a standard outlet, ideally indoors or covered.
Can residents get in after hours?
If the space is open to residents with a fob, the machine is open too. Every machine is cashless and sells around the clock.
Do you work with HOAs and management companies?
Yes. We work with the on-site manager, the regional team or the HOA board, whoever signs off.
Can we stock essentials, not just snacks?
Yes. Smart coolers can carry items like milk, eggs and over-the-counter basics, alongside snacks and drinks.
What happens if a machine has a problem?
Residents scan the QR code for a refund, and our team is on site within 24 hours.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It's a simple placement agreement you can end with 30 days' notice.
