The Stellar Vending text messaging program sends customer care and service messages to people who ask us to contact them. Messages may include replies to your questions, follow-ups on your machine request, site visit and installation scheduling, service and restocking updates, and refund updates.
We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.
You opt in when you give us your mobile number on one of our website forms and agree to be contacted, when you ask us in person or by phone to text you, or when you text us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on your request and service. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by calling us or emailing us.

Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver messages, only for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
