These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Stellar Vending website, our forms and communications, and purchases from our vending machines and smart coolers (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
Information on our website about machines, setups, timelines and service is general and may change. Machine placement depends on a review of your location, a site visit and availability.
Prices are shown on each machine or smart cooler at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms may also apply.
If a machine charges you and you don’t receive your item, or something else goes wrong, report the issue or call us within 30 days. Approved refunds go back to the card or mobile wallet you paid with. We will never ask you for your full card number.
Product names, ingredients and nutrition information come from manufacturers. If you have allergies or dietary needs, please check the package before eating.
Smart coolers unlock with a valid payment method and charge you for the items you take when you close the door. Please take only what you intend to buy and close the door when you’re finished. Tampering with a machine or taking items without paying may be reported to the location and to law enforcement.

When you give us your contact information and agree to be contacted, you allow us to reach you by phone, text and email about your request and service. Text messages are covered by our SMS Terms. You can opt out anytime.
The website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos and the Stellar Vending name, are owned by Stellar Vending or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify or use our content or brand without our written permission.
The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, such as payment providers and maps. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the website will always be available, accurate or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stellar Vending will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the purchase at issue or $100. Some laws don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Stellar Vending harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
